This was the first care giver who provided a service in the morning for me. There was a hiccup with the transportation for my child and so care giver was not able to care for my child in the afternoon time frame. I spoke with the caregiver informing her of the discrepancy. Asked if she would be able to work the following day as we agreed upon, in which she said was fine. She did not show up, was not communicative. I reached out by text and calling. Unreliable and non communicative. She was paid.
