My personality is caring, patient & gracious. I like caring for seniors because as an only child I was always around older people & their friends. I cherish their wisdom & life experiences. I earned a minor in gerontology to gain knowledge about the aging process & resources available to older adults/caregivers. I'm looking for a job to help create a comfortable, safe space & respite during my visit. I started caring for seniors in undergrad. I first worked as a caregiver, including overnight, providing companionship, meds/cooking/household. I began working w/private families to provide care & respite support for those with dementia/AD. In my spare time I cook. I was blessed w/ wonderful cooks & an amazing baker, my grandfather. One thing you should know about me is I always, always do my best. My skills include compassion, patience & empathy.
