Hi, my name is Indya im a child care provider with five years of hands-on experience supporting children through important developmental stages. l've had the privilege of working in multiple enriching roles. For three years, I served as a Lead Infant Teacher at a licensed daycare. In that time, I completed several professional development courses focused on early childhood development, positive discipline strategies, sensory play, and fostering emotional intelligence. Creating a safe, engaging environment that promotes physical, social, and cognitive growth in a child's life. Currently, l've transitioned my role as a full-time nanny, which l've been doing for the past two years. As a nanny, I bring a highly personalized approach for each family I work with. My responsibilities are beyond basic care - I plan age-appropriate activities, support early learning milestones, manage routines, prepare healthy meals, and create a nurturing atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence.
