Ingrid took care of my 2 indoor cats in her space for almost 3 months while I was abroad for an extended time. I sensed in her that she was a compassionate animal lover from the moment I met her. Her communication is fast and professional, even sent me pictures of the cats doing cute things. Her attention to detail asking me if changing certain things like litter box brand was alright to do was above and beyond considerate. I'll always be grateful someone cared and loved my babies when I was away like she did
