Ingrid was our full time nanny for 3 years, starting when our youngest was 3 months old and our oldest was 15 months old. Clearly, in order to care so diligently and lovingly for two little ones so close in age (we called them big baby and little baby), Ingrid is incredibly skilled in organization, diligence, patience, and multitasking, and she loved my kids as if they were her own.
