As a tutor with three years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering a love of learning. I hold a graduate Fine Arts degree and specialize in painting and textiles. My core teaching philosophy revolves around providing encouragement and motivation by reflecting on your interests and integrating them into our lessons. I assess individual learning styles by actively listening and observing your initial interactions with new material. I also vary my teaching strategies using visual aids, hands-on activities, and modified vocabulary to make lessons accessible to all learning styles . Motivation is key to enjoying an art practice and an important part of tutoring.
