I have been working with children in one avenue or another for over 30 years. I worked for Healthy Families where I conducted developmental screenings for birth-3. I have worked with all ages, created preschool curriculum, was a manager at Creme De La Crème, taught phonics, and most recently ran an after care program. I have worked 2, 6 month nanny contracts recently and am vetted by the Quality Nanny agency that I do part-time work for. College degree and CPR certified. I am primarily interested in a family in need of full time care (35-40 hrs) with interest in something long-term. I am available to travel with families.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Irene as our nanny over the past year. She has gone above and beyond in every way for our two boys, ages 3 and 1. From day one, Irene brought creativity, patience, and genuine care into our home. She always had thoughtful, age-appropriate activities planned, whether it was arts and crafts, sensory play, or outdoor adventures, all designed to help our boys learn, grow, and stay engaged. Irene is never one to just turn on a screen; she keeps our boys active and curious, always thinking outside the box to make their days fun and meaningful. Her background in arts and crafts truly shines, and our boys absolutely light up when she walks through the door. She treats them like family, and it shows in how much they adore her. On top of it all, she has shared helpful tools and techniques with us as parents, giving us guidance tailored to each stage of their development. We truly can’t recommend Irene enough, she’s been a gift to our family.
