Hello, my name is Irma, I enjoy working with the elderly very much. I am a hardworking, caring, and helpful to those that need me. I am a CNA, and have had 20 years of experience. I've also been a HHA for 13 years as well. I've also been trained in the field of patience's who have Alzheimer's. I'm a medical technician as well. Experience on hospice patients as well .

Upon hiring, we were simply interested in mom having a companion.   However, Irma far exceeded our expectations.  We knew she was right for mom upon entering mom's home and hearing the two of them laughing.  It was clear that Irma was seeking to enhance mom's life rather than just keep her company. 

It is rare to meet someone so loving and caring and organized.  She is a marvelous care taker who goes beyond the norm and truly becomes like a family member.  I have seen her in action and she is indeed a blessing for those of us in need.     Anne

Irma had the genuine heart of a caretaker; it's more than just a job to her. I got to know Irma when she became my parents' caretaker eight years ago. She had been so dedicated to them over the years. I was always so impressed with her breadth of knowledge with medicines, techniques, and nursing abilities. She got my parents through some really tough times. We were always so grateful for her.

Irma was my caregiver for 3 weeks when I recovered from surgery and was helpless non-weight bearing on crutches. She was wonderful. She helped me with everything. Meals, laundry, showers, dressing, changing sheets, dog walking, stairs, doctors appointments, friendship and companionship while I was mostly home bound.  She has incredible senses for details and notices things I liked and remembered them daily. She is kind, caring and compassionate. I'm almost sorry I'm better and I don't need her anymore!  We will keep in touch and I will miss her.  You will be very lucky if you are able to hire her.

Irma is, without a doubt, the best caregiver I have had. She is a pleasure to be with and always puts my needs first. She quickly became a close friend and I look forward to seeing her every day. She clearly enjoys caring for others and goes above and beyond to ensure she fills all expectations.

This wonderful lady took care of my wife of 52 years for approximately 18 months. Irma became part of our family and I consider her my friend.

Irma is one of the most professional people I have met in my life. She helped provide care for my wife for more than 3 years after a brain surgery that left her almost totally disabled and unable to handle most activities of daily living. She arrived every day with an upbeat attitude and delivered care that not only helped my wife but helped set the stage for my wife to enjoy the day ahead.

Irma has been working for me for two years.  She is dependable and she goes out of her way to do her job well. She is trustworthy and a very hard worker. She works with all her heart. I feel lucky to have her and I highly recommend her.
