Isabella was amazing. My daughter is extremely shy, and when I put her down for nap after she left asked where she was and said she missed her. She also was talking her head off which is what she does around family members but never does around new people. We hired her to care for our daughter while I was homeschooling my son. She was very good about calmly and kindly but firmly enforcing boundaries with him.
