Both of those positions consisted of being responsible for the child while also engaging in age appropriate activities, light cleaning, doing the children's laundry, making their meals, and driving them to and from appointments and extracurriculars. I have worked childcare at a yoga studio in Chattanooga, as well being the head kids rock climbing coach at a rock climbing gym. I also have newborn experience starting as young as a month and a half old!

Isabella seemed very sweet and we conducted phone and in person interviews with her. We offered her the job which she seemed very enthusiastic about and then she became unresponsive as it came close to the time we needed her with no explanation or communication about a change in her plans. I would not count on her to be a reliable caregiver based on her lack of communication.
