About Isabella

I am caring, compassionate, and responsible. I like working with kids because it comes very naturally for me, and it is a fun and dynamic job! A job that allows me to create a relationship with the kids I take care of and allows me to explore my desire to go into primary education is the goal! I started working with kids in early middle school, watching the neighbors kids while she worked at home. In high school I babysit my cousins for most of the summer as a paid job. Since then in college, I baby sat for a few families over the years! In my spare time, I like to powerlift, hang out with my cats, and hike! I am always willing to help with transportation of kids, and I am always willing to extend the time frame as long as there is communication in a timely manner for me to plan for! I'm great at de-escalating sibling arguments, creating a schedule for the kids to look forward to, and keeping transparent communication with the guardian about updates or questions.
