Hi, I'm Isabella! I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Business Management, and I specialize in online fitness coaching for women in all stages of life - including pre and postnatal fitness. As a new mom myself, I know first-hand how challenging it can feel to rebuild strength, stay consistent, and burn off stubborn baby weight. That's why I design personalized workout programs that are safe, effective, and realistic for busy moms, while also supporting clients with goals like fat loss, strength training, or simply creating healthier habits. All of my coaching is 100% remote - you'll get structured workout plans, ongoing accountability, and regular check-ins with me so you never feel like you're doing it alone. My clients love that I focus on encouragement, balance, and sustainable results instead of quick fixes.
