As a former Registered Behavioral Technician, I've had experience working with children with developmental and behavioral needs and I've been trained to support their needs with a patient and empathetic approach. I love incorporating play and creativity into each day with children. I believe it helps the children feel stimulated and energized while also supporting their cognitive development. I also understand how important it is to be dependable and communicative with both children and their families.
