About Ive

My name is Ive, and I have been working in childcare for 9 years. I am currently a Lead Infant Teacher, and I truly love supporting babies during the earliest and most important stages of their development. Over the years, I have gained experience working with children from infant through Pre-K, giving me a strong understanding of early childhood growth from the very beginning through school readiness. Caring for children has always been a part of my life. I've been babysitting for as long as I can remember. Working with young children isn't just my job, it's my passion. I believe in creating a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where infants feel secure, loved, and encouraged to explore at their own pace. I value building strong relationships with families and maintaining open communication to ensure every child thrives. Watching babies grow, reach milestones, and develop their own little personalities is the most rewarding part of what I do.
