As a CNA and Certified Home Health Aide, I help patients stay comfortable and independent by assisting with transportation, errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I'm skilled in calming stressful moments, supporting those with confusion, and using memory-care activities to keep patients engaged. I approach every interaction with patience, compassion, and clear communication. I keep families informed with simple updates by text, call, email, or scheduled check-ins, and I prioritize trust by listening closely and respecting each person's dignity and preferences. I'm CPR and First Aid trained, and I speak both English and Spanish. My goal is to bring comfort, stability, and peace of mind to every patient I support.
