Jackie is Amazing! She helped care for my dad when he was needing extra care. He thought she was great! She communicated well with our family and quickly assessed how she could best help him. We are now needing to transition him to assisted living, and we are hopeful there is a “Jackie” there. 

For over the last year Jackie has taken care of my Dad and has been a godsend.  She cares for him as well as (or better than) his own kids could.  She has not only done the role of caregiver she has added the following things - personal chef, assistant, shopper, cleaner, therapist, driver and most importantly friend to mention only a few.  We consider ourselves extremely luck to have gotten to know Jackie and have her be there for our Dad.  She has been there for him through everything and I would not change a thing about her if we could.

Jackie is an absolute godsend.    She’s amazing and I cannot say enough nice things about her.   We hired Jackie about 14 months ago to assist my Dad (88 yrs old with Parkinson’s) and provide daily living support to him.  Over this time as his care needs have increased Jackie has stepped up time and time again.  With Jackie’s loving care and support we have been able to keep him independent and living in his own home much longer than he would have been able to without her.  She’s a great communicator and is very responsive to texts and phone calls.   She updates us on a regular basis with all pertinent information regarding him and how he’s doing.  She’s helped him manage medicines, coordinated doctor appointments and has been present and assisted with therapists who have come to the house.  Jackie is also very sensitive to my dad’s wishes, which has been key for him throughout this period.  It’s one of her greatest assets.  

Jackie has literally been a God Send to our family.  She is the kindest, most caring and hardest working caregiver you could ever imagine.  She has been with us since January 2023 to take care of my wife, who has Alzheimer's Disease.  Jackie has been through the good times and the bad taking great care of my wife and me.  She is a fantastic cook and never sits.  She does everything for us out of compassion and genuine care for us.  She has grown her way into our hearts as a wonderful extension of our family.  With my wife in the hospital and then into Hospice care, it will soon be time to part.  Whoever hires this wonderful lady will be as delighted as we are and have been for the past 15 months. We hired Jackie to care for my mother who was recovering from an accident, lost significant weight and was in the beginning stages of dementia.  Jackie was fabulous, even with a difficult "client."  She communicated with both my wife and I who live in Michigan, as well as with my mom who lives in The Villages in Independent Living.  Our goal was to get my mom's weight back, help with rehab in the beginning, get her exercising and back to activities.  As well as to help around her condo with daily tasks, organization, scheduling, and managing all of her appointments.  Jackie was also instrumental in our implementation of the Hero Automated Pill Dispenser for my mothers medications.  She was able to understand the technology. Jackie stepped in and stepped up to cover all these objectives and so much more.  She has so much patience, and truly had the best interests of my mother at heart.  Jackie worked with us and my mom for 8 months, so this review come from much experience with her.

Hiring Jackie has provided such peace of mind. My MIL was exiting rehab following a serious injury, with newly diagnosed dementia. Jackie has been a creative problem-solver, a superb collaborator, a lovely, generous care-provider who truly feels like extended family. I have no doubt she has my MIL's best interest at heart.

Jackie is wonderful, a conscientious and caring caregiver. She has taken beautiful care of my husband and  she has treated him with compassion and gentleness ,  she's very organized and energetic. And you'll be happy you hired her.
