About Jackie

Nurturing children and watching them blossom is my greatest joy. As a Maryland State Department of Education teacher with five years of experience working with children and 1 year of experience at teaching Special Education in AACPS, I bring patience, creativity, and determination to every interaction. I hold a college degree and am comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that make learning fun. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and always follow parents' preferred communication methods to keep you informed about your child's day. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I would love to bring my passion for education and care to your family.
