We feel incredibly lucky to have Jacklyn caring for our son, Baby J. She is truly wonderful—kind, patient, and genuinely caring. From day one, she treated our family as if we were her own, and that warmth has meant so much to us. She pays close attention to Baby J’s needs, keeps him engaged with thoughtful activities, and always makes sure he feels loved and safe. We trust her completely, and it gives us great peace of mind to know he is in such nurturing hands.
