Jaclyn is wonderful! She is always on time and professional. We have an infant and almost 4 year old. They both love her. The littlest loves to be held by Jaclyn and goes straight to her. The oldest asks about Jaclyn even after she has gone and asks when she will come back. We have been using Jaclyn mostly for date nights and evening events but would definitely use her as a nanny if/when needed. She is kind, calm and courteous and has a very nurturing personality.
