I de-escalate stressful situations when needed. I prioritize respecting each individual's independence. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in-person. I have a car, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. Speaking both English and French allows me to connect with a wider range of individuals.
