My passion stems from supporting adults' and seniors' well-being, as well as providing reliable care for families. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their history, needs and preferences. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping.
