I can't say enough good things about Jacqueline. She is trusworthy, reliable, kind, patient and goes above and beyond to ensure the people she helps receives the best care. My mother has Alzheimers and can be difficult at times. Jacqualine knows how to handle challenging situations and can de-esculate agitation quickly. Even with Mom having stage 6 Alzheimers, Jacqueline's kind and happy personality can get a smile and a laugh out of Mom. I always know that she is safe and in good hands when Jacqueline is with her. Thank you Jacqueline, I don't what we would do without you.
