My experience in previous care roles showed me the importance of providing reliable support for families. I strive to be patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly in my approach to care. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I provide verbal updates during visits, and I'm happy to communicate via text or phone call, always following the family's preferred method. I'm ready to assist with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I'm also able to prepare meals. I have a high school degree and am CPR and First Aid certified. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to your family brings joy to my work.
