Over the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of knowing and working with Jackie, during which time she consistently demonstrated compassion, patience, and professionalism in caring for my wife. Jackie has a natural ability to connect with people, offering both physical and emotional support that over the years helped to enhance my wife’s quality of life. Over the years, Jackie’s responsibilities included assisting with daily living activities, administering medication under supervision, preparing quality meals, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. I have always found Jackie to be both punctual, reliable and trustworthy and I knew that I could rest easily knowing that my wife was in good capable hands with Jackie. I never came across a situation that Jackie wasn’t experienced enough to handle as she has many years of experience as a caregiver. I am confident that Jackie will provide exceptional care to anyone entrusted to her.
