About Jada

I have had a love for kids since I was a kid. I was the oldest growing up in a house with all of my cousins and so that always left me in charge. Watching my cousins grow was the best thing that ever happened to me. After that, I decided to look into child care and I began babysitting family members and other kids around my neighborhood. I took this further and decided to make a career of it. I am now a recreational leader for the City of Antioch and I work in our summer camps and programs for children all around the city. Kids deserve to have someone who will not only be there for them for monetary and worldly needs but also mentally. I work with kids with all types of disabilities yet I see no differences between them. They're all just kids to me. With feelings, and thoughts, and ideas that deserve to be shared and in some cases acted upon. I'm hoping to become a high school teacher one day and be able to help young kids and teens the same way my teachers and mentors helped me.
