I have had numerous experiences and encounters with children, primarily in different age group. Since I am a mother of two I can say that is the best experience I have with children in my entire life. An important thing that I want to emphasize to parents of my would be client is that rest assured your kids are safe with me and will experience a fun and learning environment and that any emergencies can be handled with care. If ever the kids show challenging behavior , the first thing I will do is to calm them . Give them a space and then get their attention to an activity where they can pour out their attention and energy. Safety should be a priority. With that I have to be watchful and know each movement.

Unfortunately, this was not a good fit for our family. She arrived about 20 minutes earlier than our agreed start time without prior notice, which required me to rearrange my work schedule. During the shift, she needed frequent guidance and was unable to complete tasks independently, requiring me to repeatedly pause my own work to assist. She also put my son down on the bed earlier than we had agreed, without checking with me first, which felt rushed and unexpected. Overall, the lack of communication and independence was disappointing.
