Jade is amazing!! She helped us with our twins for over 4 months both night and day and basically taught us everything we needed to know. She’s very evidence based in terms of her approach which is different than a lot of people in this field. She’s also the most dependable caregiver I know!

Jade was incredible and we would definitely use her again! We needed a sitter for our 5 month old daughter while we attended a wedding for a few hours. This was the first time leaving our little one with a sitter so we were looking someone who we could fully trust, and Jade was that person. From our introductory call she was professional and gentle. She left a great impression and we knew we had to booked her. She was great with our daughter and provided a full report when we returned. Jade is amazing, knowledgeable and intuitive with our toddler. As a COVID baby, our toddler is wary of new people, and yet Jade put her at ease and has a kindness and gentleness about her (she is also a Douala!). She has a depth of experience providing care of children, which is evident in her work. She provided a detailed table of activities, snacks/lunch, stories, songs and bathroom, in the invoice which was by far more thorough than anything I've seen. She also has experience in another job hiring nannies for families herself and has a lot of helpful practical guidance around this. We are sad to see her leave for DC, but grateful for the time spent!

Jade cared for our infant daughter. We did a phone call and in person meet and greet with Jade before the date that we needed care and this really made me feel comfortable leaving and knowing Jade would be able to watch our daughter. Communication was great and quick responses. I received updates as well as a summary of her activity at the end of her care which I really appreciated! Jade was also very patient with our two dogs while in our home. We would love to use her again when we need someone to watch our daughter :)

I just moved to Beaverton & have never had anyone watch my 7 month old aside from my mother & family members so I was extremely apprehensive to hire a nanny for a much needed night out with my husband. I connected with a few people but Jade really stood out. She is INCREDIBLE. Super professional, knowledgeable & just a kind human being. She put my husband & I at ease right away & allowed us to let our hair down for the first time in a while which we are so grateful for. My baby was so happy the next morning (& freshly bathed which was such a nice surprise since I didn't need to ask). Her clothes were folded in her drawers as well so I could tell every area she came in contact with, she wanted to leave it better than before. Jade was a supremely professional and caring overnight doula for our newborn twins. I highly recommend her and expect I will be hiring her again!

We've had Jade as our full time nanny for over a year now, hired June 2021.  To say we feel like we hit the jackpot is an understatement.  From our first conversation and meeting, I felt like I was putting my son in the hands of someone not just competent but also very knowledgeable in child rearing and development. We truly feel we've won the lottery in meeting Jade. She's so overqualified in terms of being a 'nanny', but her love for children was evident from the moment we met her. Jade is incredibly smart, poised, knowledgeable and most of all, just a good person. Our very shy toddler quickly warmed to Jade which was quite reassuring for us considering my parents are the only other caregivers she's known. Our 3 month old greets Jade with a sweet smile of familiarity too. Our family is so grateful for Jade and the desperately needed support she's provided us over the last few weeks. And above and beyond care for our children, we are looking forward to Jade further cementing her place in our family.

Jade is AMAZING! She was our nanny for two years while our daughter was going thru major medical issues. Jade quickly became family and we have complete trust and confidence in leaving our children with her....more than we do with most of our family members.
