I am currently taking some time off from school to explore different career paths. I have over 2 years of experience working with children, ranging from 11 months to 13 years old. Most of my experience comes from working as a behavioral technician, where I mentored and assisted children with neurological disabilities. Through this role, I gained valuable skills such as patience, leadership, and discipline. We were so lucky to find Jade! We were in a precarious time for our 1 year old and were not able to take him to his regular daycare for medical reasons. We needed a very flexible nanny and Jade was up to the task. My boys immediately loved her. She’s so sweet and kind and communicates wonderfully with my stubborn 3 year old. She was very flexible with our changing schedules and various Dr appointments and helping out with my 3 year old also when I’d have to keep him home. She fed and changed my 1 year old’s diaper and dropped my 3 year old off at his daycare each day. She was willing to sit in on my 1 year old’s physical therapy sessions to learn how to assist him while she was caring for him. She had no trouble putting him down for naps or keeping him thoroughly entertained and happy. I only asked her to clean after the kids but she would tidy up, leave the toys organized and dishes done every day. We are so grateful we found her and would recommend her wholeheartedly!
