Jade came to us as a referral from another mom. She has been our full time nanny (Mon-Fri, 9-5) for the last 10 months, helping care for our son, starting from when he was 9 months old. She created consistent routines, helped with milestones, and motor skills, including his first steps! She has the energy to keep up with a very energetic and active toddler and was always communicative and dependable, which is really important for two working parents with crazy schedules. We always knew our son was in good hands with her. She listened to the boundaries we established, but also provided suggestions for new ideas or techniques, which we appreciated. Jade became an extension of our family and developed such a strong bond with our son. He absolutely adores her.
