Prior to meeting Jadin for an interview; she was very communicative and flexible. We spent a little over an hour getting to know one another and she asked a lot of good questions to ensure all bases were covered. Jadin shared about her personal and professional life helping me to feel at ease and confident I would be leaving my son in great hands. She was also mindful of setting time expectations because she did have another family she was helping that day. Jadin drove my son to and from school while I was out of town. She consistently kept me updated and my son felt comfortable with her. I do recommend Jadin and will reach out to her again in the future as needed.
