Jahaira was the nanny for our 4 month old baby boy until he was over a year old. Our son had some unique gastric challenges which required him to be held both after feedings and during naps. Jahaira took the time to really understand our sons unique needs, she was coachable and aligned regarding the approaches we wanted to take with his care (no screen time, regular feedings, consistent nap schedules), she attended feeding specialist sessions with us, and provided 1-1 attractive care for 9 hours per day including going in walks and park adventures. Our son quickly took to Jahaira and her energy. When he was navigating a regression, we would partner with Jahaira on the best ways to help him improve his eating, sleeping, and overall care. Jahaira was extremely professional & an effective communicator. We always knew that we could rely on her to show up, and if she couldn’t, she would give ample notice so we could plan accordingly. If you are looking for a nanny you can trust to give a high level of care to your little one (s) don’t hesitate to schedule a meeting with her to assess fit.
