About Jahta

Hi! My name is Jahta (I do go by my middle name Kioni). I'm looking for a job that I can build trust with both the children and their parents, while creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment. I also see babysitting as a great experience and a learning environment, not just for the kids, but for me too. I started working with kids when I was just 10 years old, babysitting my 6-month-old cousin every week. I loved it so much that it quickly became a regular part of my life, and soon I was babysitting for my mother's friends as well. By the time I was 16, I had the opportunity to be a live-in nanny for a year, which gave me hands-on experience with the daily routines and responsibilities of caring for children. After that, I worked for a mother of three, caring for her infant and two toddlers. Each experience has taught me something new about patience, responsibility, and the joy of working with kids, and it's why I feel so confident!
