About Jaiden

I like working with kids because I enjoy them. I like spending time with them while guiding them in a fun but safe way. I started working with kids when I was 19. I did outside and cafeteria yard duty at an elementary school for 4years. Working with ages 4-11 years old. Before I switched to working at a preschool. One thing you should know about me is I have a lot of patience during and after tantrums or melt downs. They are a part of life and I have no issues with them and expect them to happen. My skills include I am patient. I know it might take one kid 5 minutes to calm down or 20 and that is okay. I am good with chaos, I watched 100 kids during recess and lunch and have dealing with chaos down to a science. I am good with reading kids. I know most of the time when they are done with an activity and need something else, when they're tired compared to being hungry and so on.
