About Jakayla

I like working with kids because I have strong will to create interdependent spaces where children can learn leadership and strive to be both students and teachers. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be myself more than anything. And an environment of mutual trust, respect, and kindness with parents and family. I started working with kids when I was a pre-teen for family and family friends. In my spare time, I like to read, write essays, exercise, and play chess! One thing you should know about me is that I have a stoic and calm personality but am optimistic in perspective. I can keep up with energy and demanding environments. My skills include attentiveness, flexibility, and allowing children the freedom of self expression.
