My two years of experience have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives, while also supporting their families by providing reliable care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly, which helps me connect with care recipients. I prioritize understanding their preferences and personal history. I'm also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion or agitation. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I maintain open communication with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, and hold a high school degree. Knowing I can bring a little ease and joy to someone's day makes this work incredibly rewarding for me.
