About Jamaica

I started nanny/pet care in 2012. I've worked with newborns to teenagers. Duties included light housekeeping, laundry/meal prep, before/after school pickups, travel to sports events/parks/libraries, bath/bed time, music, arts, crafts, story time and overnight care for children and pets. I was a Parent Educator for parents who are pregnant and/or have children up to 6 years old. Duties included providing child development activities, educational resources and facilitating monthly group connections. I was a Lead Social Worker for 5 years in an outpatient clinic. Duties included supervising case managers, conducting training sessions, coordinating behavioral health services for children/families, and case management. I also was the Lead Teacher at an outdoor nature school for preschool age children. Duties included creating weekly themes, lesson planning, arts, crafts, music, movement, nature walks, reading, writing and creative thinking activities.
