With four years of experience providing home health support, I assist with daily living tasks, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am adept at de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities when needed. I communicate with families through written reports, text, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Understanding a senior's preferences and personal history is important to me.
