Hi, my name is Janay. I am a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with a strong commitment to providing quality support for seniors. I am currently a college student and serve in the Army Reserves as a Human Resources Specialist (42A), which has helped me develop responsibility, organization, and strong communication skills. I have experience assisting with daily living activities such as companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing a safe, comfortable environment. I understand the importance of respect, dignity, and kindness when caring for seniors, and I strive to build trusting and meaningful relationships.
