About Janay

For over 10 years, I've been dedicated to providing children with nurturing care and supporting families in my community. My passion lies in fostering children's growth and development, and I bring a patient, friendly, and calm demeanor to every interaction. I also have experience with children on the spectrum. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I have experience caring for children aged 0-15, and I am comfortable with up to 10 children. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I am certified in First Aid and CPR Training, and I have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am a RBT as well! I always follow parents' preferred communication methods, including written daily reports and regular updates. It's a privilege to be a part of a child's journey, and I look forward to creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment for your little ones.
