About Jane

I am a early retired RN with over 30 years experience in various health care settings. Most recently, in the long term care/nursing home and post-acute/rehabilitation setting as director of the nursing department. I am currently practicing as a private concierge nurse offering geriatric caregiving and management services in the Washington County area. I am passionate about elder care, assisting seniors to stay in their homes for care, and providing support for loved ones. I have extensive experience with medication management, hands on care/ADL assist, recommended therapeutic exercises, environmental hygiene, dementia care, hospice care, wound care, and geriatric management. I am comfortable with pets (we have 2 dogs) and love the outdoors. I enjoy hiking, running and walking my pups. I will always attempt to meet the needs of my clients. Compact/multi-state RN licensure recently obtained via Nursys verification.
