About Janelle

Hi! My name is Janelle, but my friends call me Nelly! I've been caring for others since 2015, working with both children and seniors. I'm a naturally compassionate, calm, patient, and dependable caregiver who truly loves what I do. My goal is always to create a warm, respectful, and loving environment where people feel seen, valued, and at ease. Many of my clients become like family to me, and I care for them with the same kindness and dedication. I have experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care, hospice, stroke recovery, special needs, mobility support, personal care, and physical therapy exercises. I'm familiar with Medicare and Medi-Cal and enjoy helping with cooking, baking, cleaning, transportation, appointments, medication reminders, diabetes care, and special diets. Outside of work I love time with my daughter, knitting, reading, puzzles, working out, and hiking. I also offer add-ons like pet sitting, childcare, organization help, personal shopping, and deep cleaning.
