About Janelle

For the past five years, I've provided dependable childcare for a family with five children ranging in age from 6 to 13. My role included creating a structured yet fun environment that supported each child's individual needs--from helping with homework and organizing after-school activities to preparing meals and maintaining routines. I developed strong multitasking and communication skills, managed household organization, and coordinated daily schedules to keep everything running smoothly. I take pride in building trusting relationships with both children and parents while fostering responsibility, creativity, and kindness in the kids I care for.
