I cannot say enough about Janessa! She was amazing. Our pets are seniors and have had the same sitter for most of their lives until she moved away. Janessa was the first amazing caregiver we have had in 2 years. Janessa was attentive, sweet, understanding and constantly in communication with us. We had an emergency and were unable to make it home in time and she went out of her way to fare for our pets. When she couldn't continue to be there physically, she coordinated with another person to make sure our fur babies were cared for. She even checked in several days after we got home to make sure everybody was OK. We will absolutely hire janessa again and would recommend her to anyone with fur babies! She's amazing
