About Janet

I'm a compassionate and responsible with a natural ability to care for others. I have helped care for my parents on and off for a few years after medical procedures and hospitalizations. This has deepened my understanding of senior needs. I enjoy listening to seniors' stories, helping with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, or errands. I currently help a 94-year-old woman with daily tasks, cooking her meals and making sure she takes her medicine on time and as prescribed. I cherish our time together. I'm looking for flexible, part-time caregiving work with morning or afternoon hours. I approach every client with kindness, patience, and respect, treating them like my own family. I believe in creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment, and I'm dedicated to providing the best care possible. In my spare time, I enjoy walks with my dog, cooking, baking, and spending time at the beach. I'm also a Reiki Master, and enjoy learning more about holistic health modalities.
