Janet worked with us for about 6 months. She took care of our 1.5 year old son. She was very friendly, respectful and caring with my son. She was attentive and active with him. She also did his laundry and meal prep. The challenge we had with her was that she would often not show up to work. She would not give advance notice for doctors appointments or absences. We recently went on a planned trip and when we got back, she disappeared. She never showed up for work and would not respond to calls or texts. This was incredibly difficult for me with a full time job and baby. This is why I'm writing this review. If you're considering to hire her, this was a major issue for us.
