I am an empty nester who has raised three children into adulthood. I am a college graduate with a degree in Elementary Education. I spent many years in the classroom and also did youth ministry for many years. I was a homeschool mom for 20+ years. While schooling my children, I realized one of my children is dyslexic. I proceeded to get certified in the Orton Gillingham method. I have both basic and advanced certification from an Orton Gillingham accredited institution.
