About Janice

Hi, my name is Janice and I have been an oil painter and artist by trade for coming up on 40 years. My 2-year-old grandson Owen is one of my biggest pride and joys! My passion for nurturing young minds and raising three of my own children into successful adults led me to become a childcare provider. I am patient, calm, and creative and I have taught art classes throughout my life both for kids and the elderly. I have experience within infant/toddler daycare settings and I believe in open communication with parents. With 10 years of experience caring for children from infancy to high school, I am confident in my ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I am First Aid and CPR trained and have completed coursework in Early Childhood Development. I am excited for the opportunity to meet you and your family!
