About Janine

I moved to South Carolina in 2023 and have grown to love it in a short period of time. I enjoy the history, the ocean and the people. I have a bachelors in Human Development as well as an early childhood credential. I have taught children in a classroom setting for 8 years, tutored during the summers, taught teenagers to drive for a driving school, and provided infant care for two families. I was a volunteer for the CASA organization in CO, as an advocate for children who were removed from their homes by the court system. That was a humbling and rewarding experience. I am energetic and enjoy being active with children, especially outdoors. I love reading and believe that reading to children is so important. I have a lot of patience and a good sense of humor. I am originally from NJ and have lived in San Diego and Denver. I have two grown children.
