As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I have 9 years of experience providing companion services, personal care, meal and diet preparation, light housekeeping, medication aid, and more. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities with friends that need it. I communicate with families through verbal and personal updates, otherwise I will follow the preferred method of communication.
