My passion stems from a deep desire to support their independence and well-being, while also offering families peace of mind. As a home health aide, I assist with daily living tasks, including mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I am also experienced with medical management. I understand the importance of clear communication, providing regular updates through written reports, verbal check-ins, and texts or phone calls. I'm patient, empathetic, and friendly, always prioritizing the care recipient's independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I also have some college experience, as well as current CPR and First Aid Training.
